An up-and-coming creative talent, Phoebe is currently working on her first investigative documentary to find out where the peanut butter treats are kept. With production underway, she’s putting in long hours at Optimist HQ. When she’s not filming or sniffing out a new story, Phoebe spends her time napping, chewing, and making friends at the Silver Lake Dog Park. But her very best friend is Jenna.
