Alex Simon

Alex spends his time supporting ventures that advance psychedelic-assisted therapies as a tools to tackle the mental health crisis. He’s particularly focused on identifying and solving for gaps in the current infrastructure and coordination that exists to advance this work. He works with businesses, nonprofits, research centers, and political stakeholders. Activities include:

• launching the Center for the Neuroscience of Psychedelics at Massachusetts General Hospital
• writing the inaugural Psychedelic Industry Landscape Report in partnership with the Psychedelic Science Funder’s Collaborative.
• organizing educational programming and convenings at venues including the World Economic Forum, TED conference, and elsewhere.

Before this, he led and supported ventures in the food, agriculture, and cannabis industries.
