Sean Kusanagi

Sean began his career in documentary filmmaking focused on immersive storytelling. Alongside his two feature films, Sean worked with Apple, RYOT, Lionsgate, and was nominated for the Tribeca X award. Sean’s background in storytelling eventually led him to work alongside ODESZA, creative directing live shows, video content, and music videos.  His latest work on ODESZA’s “A Moment Apart tour” has been called “an immersive and trademark cinematic experience”. 

Sean co-directed Rosa – These Storms and Living on One Dollar and was the cinematographer for those films and Salam Neighbor.

Currently he lives in Seattle and enjoys bánh mì sandwiches.
