Martine Phelan-Roberts

Martine Phelan-Roberts is a producer on the Optimist feature documentary This Is Not Financial Advice. She has a passion for telling powerful stories about real people, and has produced several documentary features and series, including The Invisible Pilot, an HBO series that tells the story of a charismatic small-town Arkansas crop duster who ends up playing a part in one of the biggest political scandals of the last century; Tigre Gente, an investigative thriller about the illegal jaguar trade; and Chasing Childhood, a look into current trends in parenting and childhood. Martine currently resides in Santa Monica, California with her husband and rescue pup, Aoife.
