Douglas Noble

Born in 1943 in Santa Monica CA; grew up there and in the San Fernando Valley; BA summa sum laude from Claremont Men’s College with a major in political science; JD from Stanford Law School; Peace Corps Volunteer in Guatemala working with savings and loan cooperatives in small, Mayan Indian towns; Deputy Attorney General for 31 years in the California Attorney General’s office working in the area of natural resources law, especially Colorado River water rights; traveled extensively all over the World; know Chris and Zach through CMC and Guatemala connection because of LIVING ON ONE DOLLAR; lives in Los Angeles.
